Busy Week Booster Protocol
This protocol is what we use when we have a very busy week where we know we will be pushing our bodies and or minds. Examples are final exams week, big work projects, homeschool events, church events, family visiting, and traveling. Mental and physical stress lowers the immune system and increases our susceptibility. In short, we are more likely to “catch” something during these times…and we also might just get tired and need a boost.

2 ounces of Ningxia Red
Longevity blend on the feet
Endoflex over neck

PM
2 Super D tablets
1 Life 9 capsule
Melrose behind the ears
R.C. over the chest
JuvaFlex over the liver

This protocol is what I put my children on most of the time. We might rotate out oils based on our most recent zyto scans or their needs. I also might add more vitamins at different times. This is their basic daily protocol.

For over 12 years, I've been educating and helping families find wellness, beginning in my own family and extending into my community and many states across the US. 


Living in the information age, where countless articles and ideas are available at our fingertips, wellness has begun to feel overwhelming.

But it doesn't have to be. 

My methods are simple and guesswork-free.

In my own home, we've reversed eczema, heart disease, tics, asthma/allergies, adrenal fatigue, and dealt with all of the regular acute things that arise in a home.

I've spent over a decade researching, testing, and learning. 

I'm here to bring you the curation of my 12 years of active experience. 

I want everyone who works with me to walk away with actionable things they can easily do to get to where they want to go.
