Initial Session
Your first session begins with a personalized health intake to discuss current symptoms, past history, and your wellness goals. We’ll then complete a quick Balance Scan using FDA-cleared GSR technology. This painless scan helps me assess foundational stress patterns in the body, guiding where we begin.
Next, we move into Muscle Response Testing—a gentle, non-invasive technique also known as Nutrition Response Testing, Applied Kinesiology, or Morphogenic Field Technique. This hands-on process uses your body’s natural reflexes to identify stressors and assess which solutions are most supportive, such as vitamins, herbs, homeopathics, food categories, or lifestyle changes.
By the end of your session, we’ll have a clear picture of what your body is asking for right now. You’ll receive a personalized plan with any needed resources, product links, and action steps—so you leave with clarity and confidence.
Follow-Up Session
Follow-ups are where your wellness plan gets refined and real progress is tracked. These sessions are used to:
Check and update your program based on how your body is responding
Adjust dosages or swap out solutions using Muscle Testing
Offer health coaching around diet, lifestyle, detox support, or emotional health
Review or order functional labs such as GI Mapping, DUTCH hormone testing, or comprehensive bloodwork.
Food Testing Session
This gentle, non-invasive test uses clinical muscle testing to assess how your body responds to the energetic signatures of 296 unique foods. It’s not a traditional allergy test—instead, it helps uncover subtle sensitivities, stressors, and inflammatory reactions that may be contributing to:
Bloating or digestive discomfort
Brain fog or fatigue
Skin issues like rashes or eczema
Cravings, mood swings, or sleep disruption
Behavioral shifts in children
More detailed and comprehensive than the Food Test Addition to a Wellness Session, this appointment testing includes a wide range of items—from grains, dairy, and proteins to natural sugars, oils, sweeteners, and more.
After identifying groups, we will test individual items within each group. For example, your body might not be tolerating grains, but sprouted oats are acceptable to it. Testing helps us identify which foods are currently stressing your system and which ones are most compatible, so we can build a plan that works with your body, not against it.
