How Inflammation Silently Sabotages Your Life

We tend to associate inflammation with something obvious, like swelling or an injury. But chronic, low-grade inflammation shows up more subtly:

  • You're tired even after a full night's sleep
  • You crave sugar or caffeine constantly
  • Your joints feel stiff, even if you're "young"
  • You gain weight around your middle
  • You feel puffy, bloated, irritable, or foggy
  • Your hormones feel off but bloodwork is “normal”
And it doesn’t stop there. Inflammation contributes to everything from autoimmune flare-ups and digestive issues to mood swings and hormone imbalance.

What It Feels Like When Inflammation Comes Down

Now this is the part I want you to really hear:

When your body isn’t fighting fires all day, it finally has space to heal. To restore. To exhale.

Aim for 1/2 of your body weight in ounces per day, and consider adding:
