I'm Janelle, and I'm here to help guide you into the wellness you've been wanting!

As an educator and researcher in wellness, certified nutrition coach, biofeedback practitioner and holistic consultant, I'm able to curate the information and tools you truly need - nothing more and nothing less.

For over 12 years, I've been educating and helping families find wellness, beginning in my own family and extending into my community and many states across the US.

Living in the information age, where countless articles and ideas are available at our fingertips, wellness has begun to feel overwhelming.

But it doesn't have to be.

My methods are simple and guesswork-free.

In my own home, we've reversed eczema, heart disease, tics, asthma/allergies, adrenal fatigue, and dealt with all of the regular acute things that arise in a home.

I've spent over a decade researching, testing, and learning.

I'm here to bring you the curation of my 12 years of active experience.

I want everyone who works with me to walk away with actionable things they can easily do to get to where they want to go.

What is a wellness session like?

A session with Janelle includes Balance Scanning, Muscle Testing, and a Consultation.

First, we will discuss your current health and uncover current issues and goals.
Then, you will complete a Balance Scan, which uses FDA approved GSR technology and is a Class II Medical Device. To complete, you simply place your hand on the scanner for 5-10 minutes as the program scans your body. It's painless and comfortable.
The scan identifies 186+ stressors in the body (Bacteria, Viruses, Parasites, Fungi & Molds, Heavy Metals, Chemicals, Endocrine Disruptors, Water Contaminants, etc. that affect your health and produces a 10+ page report showing valuable insights.
Once the scan is complete, I will interpret your scan.
Then, I will conduct muscle response testing to further zero in on your stressors, needs and balancers. This testing is done by the practitioner acting as the "scanner" so to speak, contacting points of the body with muscles and assessing for response.
You can also bring your current supplements and products to your appointment and be muscle tested for them in this step.
Once the scanning and testing is complete, you will know your body's exact coherence (or, preference) for different substances, including but not limited to: Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs, Foods + Wellness Practices. No guesswork!
After your session, you'll be sent any relevant information discussed and personalized resources.

How long are appointments?

In office appointments are 30-45 minutes per person.
