Emotional Release
At Living Well Holistics

Here you will find helpful education and guidance around completing your Emotional Release/Clearing process at home as recommended by your LWH Practitioner.
Intro To Emotional Release
What is it and why do we do it?
If emotional patterns surfaced during your bioenergetic testing, this video will help you understand what that means and how to work through them using your personalized Emotional Clearing Guide.

Our process combines the physical emotional-release framework of essential oils, body alarm points, breath, and intentional repetition with a Christ-centered approach of prayer, biblical truth, forgiveness, repentance, and listening for the leading of the Holy Spirit. You’ll learn how to acknowledge what your body is holding, invite Jesus into the process, release what is no longer serving you, and receive truth in its place.

You can use your completed guide to walk through this process at home, or schedule an Emotional Release Session with us if you would like support through a guided, Spirit-led prayer and release time.

How To Use Your Emotional Release Guide

This video walks you step-by-step through how to use the personalized Emotional Release Guide you received from Living Well Holistics.

You’ll learn how to work with the emotion identified during your session, use the recommended oil and body alarm point, move from the negative emotional pattern toward its positive “other side,” speak the provided affirmation, incorporate breath and eye movements, and repeat the process over time.

Most importantly, we encourage you to move through the guide prayerfully; inviting Jesus into the process, listening for anything the Holy Spirit may bring to mind, and responding with forgiveness, repentance, or truth as needed.

Use this video before going through your guide to prepare you, so that whenever you’re ready to work through the emotions identified in your session you can!

Living Well Holistics
A NOTE FROM YOUR PRACTITIONERS
You deserve this.

At Living Well Holistics, we believe that healing is owed to you. Not because of your own merit, but because of the finished work of Jesus on the cross and the power that raised Him from the dead living in you. We believe God is willing and able to heal you, and that the prayer of faith appropriates, or receives, it! Healing is the birthright of every born-again believer. In following the path God has given us and hearing and obeying the voice of the Holy Spirit, we will not miss God's plan or blessing.

  • Matthew 15:26 — Healing as the children’s bread
“But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs.”
In context, the woman is asking Jesus to heal/deliver her daughter, so “the children’s bread” is referring to the healing/deliverance she is requesting.

“For I am the LORD that healeth thee.”
  • James 5:14–15 — Believers praying for the sick

  • Luke 9:1–2 — Authority to heal

“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”
